摘要
为优化铝碳酸镁分散片的处方,采用正交设计,以崩解时限和分散均匀性为指标,优化铝碳酸镁分散片的处方。结果填充剂的组成能够明显影响分散片的崩解时限和分散均匀性。按照最优处方制备的分散片具有崩解快、分散均匀性好的特点,含量和制酸力符合药典规定。证明铝碳酸镁分散片的处方和制备工艺简单、可行。
To optimize the formulation of hydrotalcite dispersible tablets, orthogonal design experiments were used to optimize formulation process. Disintegration time, dispersion uniform were used as index. It is resulted that the ratic of filler had significant effects on disintegration time and dispersion homogeneity of hydrotalcite dispersible tablets. Tablets prepared with the optimum formulation could disintegrate quickly and disperse uniformly. The content and acid restrict conformed to regulation. It is conelused:that the formulation and preparation are simple and available.
