摘要
介绍了一种高性价比的智能动平衡检测系统的总体框架,分析了系统的工作原理,阐述系统中压控跟踪滤波、柔性倍频及基于软件补偿的不平衡量计算三个关键技术。实验结果表明,该系统具有性价比高,适用范围广,测量精度高等特点。
The general framework of a high cost-performance ratio intelligent dynamic balancing detection system is introduced. The working principle is greatly analyzed. Three key technologies are discussed, including voltage-controlled track, flexible frequency multiplication and imbalance computation based on software compensation. The results show that it possesses high cost-performance ratio, extensive available range and high measure precision.
