摘要
OPC(OLE for process control)作为一种工业标准,通过OPC标准,不同制造商的设备和应用程序能以统一的方式相互结合。论述了OPC技术及其在SCADA系统中的应用,并应用OPC技术实现了水厂基于WinCC组态软件构成的SCADA系统与智能加药控制系统之间的实时通讯,保证SCADA系统的实时性和可靠性。
OPC is a kind of industrial standard. OPC establishs uniform interface standard between industry control devices and application program. OPC technology and its application in the SCADA system, and the communication between SCADA system and coagulation control system of water plant by the OPC technology are introduced, which assures SCADA system＇s real time and reliability.
