摘要 红河州国际跨界河流存在水文站网不足,水情自动测报设备简陋等问题,为满足国际跨界河流防汛抗旱、洪水管理和预报需要,提出了红河州国际跨界河流水情自动测报系统的设计构想。介绍了设计目标和要求,详细分析了水文观测设施,通信信道,以及水情信息资源共享的实现。 Boundary river in Hong River state has existing problems concerning deficiency of hydrometric network, simple and crude equipment of automatic measuring and forecasting system for water regime. In order to meet the requirements of flood control & drought resist, flood management and forecasting for the boundary river, design ideas for setting up an automatic measuring and forecasting system for water regime are proposed. The author describes the system construction design aim and requirements, also makes a detailed analysis of hydrological observation installations, communication channels and the realization of water regime information resources share.
