清洁氧化环己醇合成环己酮的方法 被引量:1

Green Method for Oxidizing Cyclohexanol to Cyclohexanone

摘要 以环己醇为原料、钨酸钠和磷钨酸配合为催化剂,探讨了双氧水为氧化剂氧化环己醇合成环己酮的工艺方法。并考察了反应温度、催化剂配比、双氧水用量以及反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:催化剂钨酸钠和磷钨酸的配比为10:1,双氧水的用量为2.5-3mL,反应温度为80℃,时间为6h。 Using cyclohexanol as raw material, in presence of sodium tungstate and phosphotungstic acid as catalyst, the technique for oxidizing cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone with hydrogen peroxide were discussed. The factors influencing on the reaction, such as reaction temperature, the catalyst ratio, the amount of oxidant, reaction time and so on, were investi- gated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: mol ratio of sodium tungstate to phosphotungstic acid was 10: 1, amount of hydrogen peroxide was 2.5 -3mL, reaction temperature and time was 80℃ and 6 hours respectively.
