摘要
采用氨基磺酸作为硫酸化剂,由烷基酚聚醚制备了烷基酚聚醚硫酸盐,并讨论了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、物料配比、反应温度以及反应时间等工艺条件对硫酸化反应过程及产品质量的影响。得出了最佳工艺条件:物料配比n(烷基酚聚醚):n(氨基磺酸)=1:1.06,反应温度120~125℃,反应时间3.5h,催化剂LNP-4用量为投料质量的0.8%。
Alkylphenol polyether sulfates were synthesized by sulfation of alkylphenol ether with amino sulfonic acid. The technical conditions influencing on the sulfation reaction process, such as kind of catalyst, amount of catalyst, ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and so on, were discussed. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows : the mol ratio of alkylphenol ether to amino sulfonic acid was 1: 1.06, reaction temperature was 120 - 125℃ , reaction time was 3.5h, and the mass fraction of catalyst LNP-4 was 0. 8% of the total mass of reactants.
