摘要
目的研制肠杆菌科细菌生化鉴定系统并对其性能进行评价。方法将自行研究的生化基质置聚苯乙烯条中脱水制干组合成鉴定条,辅以细菌编码技术对13株标准菌株、56株质控菌株和127株临床菌株进行鉴定,并与API20E和微量生化管方法鉴定结果进行比较。结果该系统鉴定13株标准菌株和56株质控菌株的准确率达98.5%,与API20E同时鉴定127株临床菌株符合率达96.8%(P>0.05),与微量生化管方法比较,生化反应结果的符合率达97%(P>0.05)。结论该系统能准确、快速、筒单、经济地鉴定肠杆菌科细菌。
Objective To develop and evaluate a biochemical identification kit for enterobacteria. Methods Identification kit was self developed by placing biochemlcals into polystyrene strips. With the help of bacterial coding,standard strains Clinical isolates and control strains were identified with self-made kit,compared with AP120E and conventional tube biochemical assays. Results The accuracy of self-made system in identifying standard strains and control strains was 98.5%. The coincidence rate in examining Clinical isolates was 96.8% and 97 % with API20E and conventional tube biochemical assays respectively. Conclusion The biochemical identification self-made kit is accurate ,rapid ,simple and economical.
