毛细管区带电泳法检测尿液中大肠埃希菌应用评价

摘要 目的 运用毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)检测临床尿液标本中的大肠埃希菌,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 选择86例尿常规亚硝酸盐试验呈阳性的中段尿标本进行毛细管区带电泳,同时与培养结果作对比分析。结果 86例尿液实验样本中,CZE法32例呈阳性,54例为阴性。与培养法比对:32例阳性者尿大肠埃希菌培养菌量均大于10。CFu/m1,54例阴性中有37例未培养出大肠埃希菌,另17例大肠埃希菌培养菌量为10^4~10^5 CFU/ml,CZE法假阴性率为34.7%,与培养法的总符合率为80.2%。结论该实验条件下,CZE法可作为快速检测大肠埃希菌性尿路感染的初步试验。 Objective To investigate a method of capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE)for detection of Escherichia coli in urine. Methods 86 urine samples which the nitrite test results were positive were chose and cultured for control. Results 86 urine samples were detected by the method of CZE. 32 showed positive results,in which all the bacterium concentra- tion was above 10sCFU/ml by culturing, 54 showed negative results ,in which 17 showed bacteria culturing positive and the bacterium concentration was 10^4~10^5CFU/ml. CZE method compared with culturing,the coincidence rate was 80. 2%. Conclusion This method can be used as a primary test to rapidly detect Escherichia coli in urine of patient with urinary tract infection (UTI).
