摘要
人才是企业竞争的根本,人力资源的开发与管理更是创新型企业成败的关键。本文从定位、目标、手段等方面归纳了创新型企业人力资源的特征,分析了其开发与管理面临的制度、文化等问题,针对性地提出了加强创新型企业人力资源开发与管理的几点建议。
