摘要
本文主要探讨人精液酸性磷酸酶(ACP)对B淋巴细胞功能的影响。体内实验:实验组小鼠(BALB/c)预先经腹腔注射纯化的人精液ACP,对照组小鼠以等量生理盐水代替,随后用SRBC免疫各小鼠,于免疫后d5进行溶血空斑试验和血清抗体凝集效价测定。体外实验;各小鼠先用SRBC免疫,随后取出脾脏细胞;实验组细胞加入人精液ACP,对照组加入等量生理盐水,作用24h,进行溶血空斑试验。结果表明,人精液ACP在体内外均能明显抑制实验组小鼠的溶血空斑数目和血清抗体的凝集效价,与对照组相比,P<0.01。提示人精液ACP具有免疫抑制作用:能抑制小鼠B淋巴细胞产生特异性抗体的免疫应答能力。
Immune inhibition of acid phosphatase in human semina on antibody pr0duction by mouse BlyInphocyte, in vivo and in vitro, was studied. In vivo, the acid phosphatase in hurnan seminawas injected into the BALB/c mouse, once every two days, three times in t0tal, and N. S servedas control. The spleen cell PFC test and agglutination titer of anti -SRBC antibody in serum weremeasured for two groups 5 days after immunization by SRBC. In vitrO, all BALB/c mice were irn-munized by SRBC. Five days later, the spleen cell were incubated with acid ph0sphatase in hu-man semina for 24 hours, and incubated with N. S as c0ntrol. After incubati0n, the spleen cellPFC test was carried out for both groups.It was proved that there was singnificant decrease in PFC (PwtO' O1), in vivo and in vitro,and in agglutination titer of anti - SRBC antib0dy (P<O. 0l). Thus, acid ph0sphatase in humanseminal fluid might be regarded as immune inhibitor.
