摘要 本文通过对氢离子(Ar+)激光和掺钕铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光的理论对比和实验对比后认为,Ar+激光和Nd:YAG激光均能使输精等封闭,但由于Nd:YAG激光穿透的组织深度较Ar+激光深,影响输精管周围的其它组织而产生严重的粘连、水肿等并发症。而Ar+激光穿透组织的深度较浅,不伤及输精管周围其它组织,并发症大为减少。实验证明,Ar+激光更适合于通过光导纤维经皮引导到输精管中进行体内照射,而Nd:YAG激光不宜作体内照射。 This paper reports the comparison of Ar+ laser with Nd: YAG laser based on the theory andexperiment.The authors found that both lasers could make vas deferens coagulated. But Nd:YAG laser,because of its deeper penetration through the tissues,could affect the tissues aroundvas deferens and produce such Complications as Serious adhesion,While Ar+ laser could not, be- cause of its shallow penetration,and the complications greatly decrease.In addition, the vas defer-ens could be irradiated and coagulated with Ar+ laser conducted bythe optical fibre through theskin.
