摘要
根据活性追踪分离,从香子含笑叶的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离纯化到一个杀线虫的倍半萜。通过质谱、核磁共振的光谱数据,鉴定该化合物为小白菊内酯。生物活性测定结果表明小白菊内酯对所测试的松材线虫和全齿复活线虫具有毒杀作用,浓度200μg/ml对两种线虫进行处理,48h的死亡率分别为70.4%和100%。
A nematicidal sesquiterpene was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Michelia hedyosperma Law according to bioassay-guided fractionation. The compound was identified as parthenolide based on the MS and NMR spectral data. The bioassay results showed that parthenolide had nematicidal activity a- gainst tested nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Panagrellus redivivus, and their death rate at 200μg/ml within 48 h were 70.4% and 100% respectively.
