摘要
本研究以12家高科技组织中的52个知识工作团队作为研究对象,探讨团队成员整体上表现出的组织公民行为对团队有效性的影响作用机制。研究结果表明,组织公民行为对团队绩效和团队成员的满意度具有积极的影响作用,并且组织公民行为通过群体效能感这个中介变量对团队绩效产生影响作用。
This study investigated the relationship between team level Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and team effectiveness (team performance and team members' satisfaction) and the mediating role of group efficacy. Survey data were collected from knowledge work teams in high-tech organizations. Results showed that OCB in group domain was positively related team performance (both internal team leader rated and upper-level team supervisor rated) and team members' satisfaction. Mediating effect of group efficacy found between the OCB in selfdomain and OCB in organization domain and team performance.
