我国社会保障法律体制的现状与发展对策研究

Study on Current Situation and Future Development of China's Legal System of Social Security

社会保障制度作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,被称为"社会安全网"和"社会减震器"。虽然我国社会保障法律体制现在已经基本建立起来了,但尚存在诸多问题。因而有必要在现有社会保障法律体制的基础上,进一步完善立法、执法与司法环节。建立与市场经济发展相适应的社会保障法律体制,使公民的社会保障权益得到充分地实现,从而促进社会保障制度的完善与和谐社会的发展。

As an important part of socialist market economy, the social security system is the basic element in building a harmonious society as ＂social security network＂ and ＂buffer of social pressure＂. Although China has established its social security system on the whole, many questions still exist. On the basis of current social security legal system, China should improve its legislation, legal enforcement and judiciary so as to build a social security legal system compatible with the development of market economy, thus realizing citizens＇ social security interest completely and enhancing the construction of a harmonious society.
