论治疗深度

Studying Depth of Treatment

目前的治疗存在着表浅化、忽视深度治疗的倾向，有必要提出和研究治疗深度问题。疾病有层次，治疗也要有层次，按病变层次有层次地治疗直达最深病本，这应是治疗学的一项基本原理，可称为“治疗深度原理”。中医的治疗区分标本、重在治本，治本又重在推动机体的自我调节。达到了治疗的最深层次，是中医在治疗学上杰出的创造、贡献、特色。运用治疗手段，依靠、推动、发挥机体固有的抗病、祛病、愈病的机制和能力进行自主调理，应是治疗学的第一原理。

There is at present a tendency to treat superficially and ignore the fundamental treatment.It is necessary to propose and study the depth of treatment.Disease itself has different layers,so does the treatment.It should be one of the basic principles to treat layer one by one down to the most fundamental one.It could also be called“the principle of depth treatment”.Although a physician of TCM is allowed to treat either superficially or fundamentally,it is much more important to treat fundamentally.Promoting the body's autoregulation by treating fundamentally is TCM's eminent creation and contribution to therapeutics which is characteristic of TCM and should be considered the first important principle of treatment.A physician can depend on method of treatment to promote and develop the ability of autoregulation.Thus,the body can resist and eliminate the pathogenic factors and be cured spontaneously.
