摘要 研究目的:针对当前企业面临的市场形势,探讨未来一个时期大型建筑施工企业的战略定位。研究方法:广泛收集制定企业发展战略需要的内部、外部资料,采用目前国际流行的SWOT分析判断方法,分析企业的竞争优势(strength)、竞争劣势(weakness),机会(opportunity)和威胁(threat),得出正确结论。研究结果:在今后的一个时期内,大型建筑施工企业在市场竞争中具有一定的内部优势,外部环境的机会很高,应采取的战略是以SO—增长性战略为主,配合WO—扭转性战略,超前运作ST—多元化战略。研究结论:企业的战略目标是:增长性战略——抓住机遇,做大;扭转性战略——完善机制,做强;多元化战略——多元经营,扩张。 Research purposes: Aiming at the market situations faced by enterprises at present, this paper discussed the strategy of large - sized enterprises in charge of construction in future . Research methods: Collecting the inside and outside materials which were used to make enterprise's development strategy extensively, adopting the international popular judgment and analysis method SWOT at present, analyzing the competition advantages ( strength ), competition inferior position (weakness), the chance (opportunity) and threatening (threat) of enterprises, this paper drew the correct conclusion. Research results: Within a period in the future, the large -sized enterprise have certain internal advantages in the market competition, the chance of external environment condition is very high, so the strategy that should be adopted is to take SO - increasing strategy as the core, cooperate with WO - turning back strategy, ST - pluralistic strategy of leading operation Research conclusions :The strategic objectives of enterprises are: increasing strategy - seize the opportunity, do large; turning back strategy - improve the mechanism, do strongly; multiplex strategy - multi - dimensional management, expand.
