摘要 氢呼气试验是一种无创性的胃肠动力检测方法,其主要原理是通过检测患者呼出气体中氢气浓度变化,评估测患者胃肠传输动力。与其他胃肠传输检测方法,如钡餐X线试验、闪烁描记法等相比,氢呼气试验能准确测定口盲肠传输时间,具有简便、花费少等特点,因此逐渐被应用于胃肠传输功能的评估和相关领域的检测,尤其是口盲肠传输时间的测定。 Hydrogen breath test is a non-invasive method for the detection of gastrointestinal motility, Its main principle is through the detection of exhaled hydrogen concentration to evaluate gastrointestinal transit motility. Compared with other methods of detecting gastrointestinal transit such as barium X-ray test and scintigraphy, hydrogen breath test can determine oro-cecal transit time more accurately and has the benifts of convenience and low cost. Therefore, hydrogen breath test has gradually been used in evaluating gastrointestinal transit function, especially the oro-cecal transit time.
