摘要
PS版用铝基材对使用的影响主要表现在电解腐蚀性能方面,影响电解腐蚀的因素很多,从材料角度看其中热处理是主要因素之一。本文围绕不同热处理制度及热处理前后冷变形量控制,研究对电解腐蚀的影响,为优化PS版用铝基材生产工艺提供理论依据。
The effect of aluminum lithographic support material on the usage mostly represents on the electrolytic corrosion property. The influence factors are various, heat treatment is one of the major factors from the view of material. The effect of various heat treatment and cold deformation controlling before and after heat treatment on the electrolytic corrosion property were investigated, providing ta theory basis for optimizing the process of aluminum lithographic support material.
