摘要本文通过对公共图书馆的研究分析,发现在图书馆焦虑的因素中,图书馆员的障碍是与读者个人感情有很大的关系,因此着重对这种关系进行分析,并且进一步提出了解决这种焦虑的一些措施。 Through analyzing the library anxiety of public libraries, we can find that the librarian barrier is strongly correlated to reader＇ s affective in all library anxiety factors. Then we closely analyze this relation and at last we provide some measures to solve this anxiety.
