摘要
采用试验方法对影响断续磨削工程陶瓷加工效事的因素进行了分析,结果表明,磨块比是影响断续磨削加工效率的重要因素,并且对于某项具体的加工,存在一个最佳磨块比,它可使磨削加工获得最好的效率。
In oeder to raise the grinding efficiency of engineering ceradrics, the discontinuous ghnding with a slotted diamond wheel has ben introduced. By grinding experiments on SG4 engineering ceramics with such wheel, the factors that affect machining efficiency have been studied.
