摘要
目的:研究抑癌基因maspin在乳腺癌组织中的表达状况及其与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性;初步探讨maspin的抑癌机制。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法,对57例乳腺癌病例进行回顾性研究,检测乳腺癌组织中maspin和MVD的表达水平;与各临床病理学因素作统计学检验,分析maspin与MVD之间的相关性。结果:乳腺癌组织中maspin基因的表达与TNM分期、组织学分级、肿瘤体积以及总体生存状况呈显著负相关,也与MVD水平呈显著负相关。结论:maspin作为一种较新的抑癌基因,可能是通过抑制肿瘤新生血管形成来抑制乳腺癌的生长、浸润和转移。
Objective To detect the expression of tumor suppressor gene maspin and the micro-vessel density (MVD) in breast cancer tissue, and to elucidate the potential mechanism of the anti-cancer effect of maspin. Methods The expression status of maspin and MVD were detected in 57 cases of breast cancer tissue by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between maspin, MVD and several clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of maspin was negatively related with TNM staging, pathological differentiation, tumor volume, patient outcome, and the MVD level status. Conclusion Maspin might play the role of a tumor suppressor gene to inhibit tumor growth, metastasis and invasion via its anti-angiogenic effect.
