以一个实际的ＦＭＳ为研究对象，分析了ＦＭＳ中故障的种类及故障模型的建立方法，运用专家系统技术研制了一个ＦＭＳ故障诊断系统。文中介绍了该系统的总体结构、知识表示方法和故障处理策略。

Based on a real Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS),a FMSs fault diagnosis system was researched.The classification and modeling method for FMSs faults were analyzed;the overall architecture,knowledge representation method and afult processing strategy in this system were discussed in the paper.
