生态工业园区评价指标体系构建的研究

Study on Assessment Indicator System of Eco-industrial Park

随着我国经济的持续快速发展,资源与环境问题日益突出,已成为各地关注的焦点。近年来,我国在工业企业集中地区开展了创建生态工业园区的试点,但是由于各地自然条件、工业结构和经济基础不同,工业园区的生态化产业和循环经济的发展程度存在很大差别。为了规范生态工业园区的建设,评估园区建设和改造进程,需要根据生态工业园区的特征,构建合理的评价指标体系,以促进生态工业园区的健康发展。

With the sustained rapid development of Chinese economy, problems of resources and environment become increasingly prominent, attracting more attention all over the country. Recently, our country developed experimental eco-industrial park in industrial dusters. Because of natural condition, industrial structure and economic foundation, however, there is a big discrepancy on the developing degree of eco-industry and circular economy in industrial park. To standardize the construction of eco-industrial park, assess construction and reconstruction of the park, we need to construct a reasonable assessment indicator system to advance its healthy development.according to the characteristics of eco-industrial park.
