摘要
利用2kWC02激光器在A3钢板上进行Ni基WC金属陶瓷的激光熔覆试验.研究了不同碳化钨含量下熔覆层的组织和硬度变化规律.结果表明,熔覆层中粘结金属硬度随复合粉中碳化钨含量的增加呈马鞍形变化,同一熔覆层中,粘结金属硬度曲线平稳,无明显梯度变化,但复合层内存在一定的成分与组织梯度;粘结金属组织与碳化钨含量关系密切.
A 2KW CO2 laser has been used to clad Ni based -WC ceramic-metal to steel A3.Effects of WC pareicle's weight fractions on the microstructure and microhardness of cladding layers are studied.Results show that the composition and microstructure are not unified in a coationg and have something to do with the weight fractiions of WC particldes.The microhardness of binder is unified and it will be altered at various WC weight fractions.
