从公平正义的视角看和谐社会的构建

The Construction of a Harmonious Society——based on a fairness and justice angle

党的十六届六中全会提出"社会公平正义是社会和谐的基本条件",而我国目前"金字塔"型的社会阶层结构;不合理的社会流动模式;社会整合的乏力却制约着公平正义的实现。因此应以完善制度为根本,协调利益为关键,加强监督为保障来实现公平正义,构建良性运行的和谐社会。

It is proposed that social fairness and justice be the social harmonious basic condition in the 16th session of the sixth CCP plenary conferences. But the pyramid-like social class structure, the unreasonable social mobility pattern and the weak of social conformity feels are all restricting the fair to be realized actually in our country at present. Therefore we should take perfecting the system as the base, coordinating the interests as the key, and strengthening the surveillance as a safeguard to construct a well-operated harmonious society.
