摘要
由于网络的快速发展,要求图书馆必须进行有效的知识管理,对于显性知识和隐性知识事实搜集、整理、存储和应用,实现图书馆知识管理,开展虚拟参考咨询服务;开展基于内容的专业化垂直服务;开展个性化信息服务等,都是创新服务的有效途径。
With the fast development of net, libraries are required to conduct effective knowledge management, gathering, sorting out, storing and utilizing the dominant and recessive knowledge to realize knowledge management. They are also required to offer virtual consulting service, deploy vertical service based on specialty, and personalize service as well. All of these are effective ways of innovative service.
