人民主权理论的萌芽起源于古代的希腊雅典城邦时期,近代真正意义上的人民主权理论是随着18世纪法国启蒙运动的兴起而提出的,最杰出的代表是卢梭。但是西方人民主权理论与我们平时所说的"人民当家作主"却有着根本性的区别。本文将就人民主权的形式上的出现和人民主权理论的提出、西方人民主权理论与"人民当家作主"的区别、人民主权的实现形式等方面谈一些学习的体会。

The initial stage of the theory of the people sovereignty, which was put forward for the rise of The Enlightenment Campaign in France in the 18th century, was derived from The Athens Polic Period in ancient Greece. Rousean was the most outstanding representative figure. However, the theory of the people sovereignty basically differs from people are master in their own house which is usually said in the western world. This article discusses the origin of the people sovereignty and its theory, the changes of the theory in socialism countries, and the realization of the people sovereignty .
