摘要
试验研究了真空压力浸渗法制造SiCp/LY12复合材料中预制件制备工艺各参数的影响。结果表明,采用正确的粘结剂和添加剂、适当的预制件成型压力及合理的焙烧规范,可以制备出低体积分数(Vf≈30%~35%)的复合材料.
The fabricating process of SiC particle pre forms for SiC,/LY12 composite materials in vacuum pres-sure infiltration method were investigated. The results showed that the preforms with low volume fraction (30%~50%) of particles can be made by using special organic materials such as CMC - Na amylum, PVA and inorganicbinder such as Na2SiO3.
