摘要
建立了子午线轮胎滚动分析的三维有限元模型,在模型中充分考虑到轮胎材料和结构的复杂性,轮胎与轮辋过盈配合以及轮胎与轮辋、地面的摩擦等状况,研究了轮胎侧倾滚动状态下的变形情况以及侧倾角度对带束层应力分布的影响。
A three- dimensional finite element model of rolling tire is established. The complexity of material and structure, the interference fitting between tire and rim, the friction between tire and rim or ground are considered in the model. The deformation and stress distribution of tire belt are investigates under standard inflation pressure, rated load and different camber rolling state. The influence of camber angle on the adhesive performance of tire belt is also investigated in this paper.
