摘要 针对18-18型护环用钢的特点和重熔条件,研究了不同N含量特别是超高N的行为及影响冶金质量的工艺因素、开发了18—18型护环钢的电渣重熔技术。试生产了4根8t 18—18型护环电渣锭。钢锭冶金质量优良,N=0.63%,O=10ppm,S=20ppm~40ppm。钢锭已制成300MW发电机护环。 In view of the characteristics of Crl8-Mn18 steel for generator retaining rings and the remelting conditions,the behaviour of different nitrogen,especially ultrahigh nitrogen contents and the process factors af fecting the metallurgical quality were investigated .and an ESR process for Cr18 -Mnl8 steel for the rings was developed. Based on the results,4 ESR ingots (8t each ) of Cr18 - Mn18 steel were trial-produced. The matallurgical quality of ingots are good.and N = 0. 63% .0= 10ppm .5= 20ppm -40ppm. 300MW generator retaining rings were made of the ESR ingots.
