摘要 目的:观察口服丁基苯酞(NBP)对小鼠的抗疲劳和抗缺氧作用,探讨其可能的作用机理。方法:①抓环试验:观察口服NBP对小鼠悬挂时间、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响;②力竭游泳试验:观察口服NBP对小鼠游泳力竭时间,及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、乳酸(LA)含量、SOD活性和MDA含量的影响;③常压缺氧试验:观察口服NBP对小鼠缺氧时的存活时间、脑组织中SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。结果:NBP延长小鼠的抓握时间、力竭游泳时间和常压缺氧耐受时间,提高缺氧小鼠脑组织SOD和LDH活性。结论:NBP具有抗疲劳和抗缺氧作用,抗缺氧的机理可能与其抗氧化作用和改善能量代谢作用有关。 Objective :To investigate the effects of Butylphthalide (NBP) on the fatigue endurance and hypoxia tolerance in normal mice. Methods:The fatigue endurance was determined by the fatigue tests. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were detected after the tests immediately. The ability of hypoxia tolerance was determined by the hypoxia test. The activities of SOD, lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) , the levels of MDA and lactate in brain tissue were analyzed after the tests. Results: NBP significantly prolonged the grasping time, the swimming time and the hypoxia tolerance time of the normal mice, and increased the activities of SOD and LDH in brain tissue of the hypoxia mice. Conclusion : NBP can improve the fatigue endurance and the hypoxia tolerance in normal mice.
