摘要
根据体育教学特点,从培养体育师范生教学技能着手,运用微格教学原理,建立了体育师范生教学技能程序化。运用自我评价和综合评价方法,对实验班和对照班学生进行教学技能实验与评价。结果表明,微格教学方法是培养师范生教学技能行之有效的方法。
Higher education aims at providing qualified graduates to meet different needs of society. The author highlights the importance of teaching-skill-training on PE majors and reports the procedures and findings of her programmed experimental research, on training of students' teaching skill with microteaching, revealing that it is effective, necessary and practical.
