胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像与病理及肿瘤侵袭性关系

摘要 目的探讨胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像参数与病理及肿瘤侵袭性关系。方法对28例胶质瘤行术前磁共振灌注成像,利用脑血容量(CBV)图,计算肿瘤实质及肿瘤周围水肿区平均相对脑血容量值,分析上述参数与胶质瘤分级的关系。结果高级别胶质瘤及低级别胶质瘤脑实质的平均相对CBV值分别为2.20±0.73、1.31±0.32,高级别胶质瘤及低级别胶质瘤瘤周水肿区域平均相对CBV值分别为1.98±0.63、0.99±0.25。高级别胶质瘤肿瘤实质及周围水肿区的平均相对CBV值大于低级别胶质瘤者。结论磁共振灌注成像能够对胶质瘤分级提供依据并评价肿瘤对周围组织的侵袭性。 Objective To investigate the correlation of MR perfusion imaging with pathological types and invasion in gliomas.Methods MR perfusion imagings were performed in 28 patients with suspected gliomas before resection by using GRE-EPI perfusion sequence. Perfusion data was compared with pathological type;Results The relative mean perfusion value in high-grade glioma and low-grade glioma was(2.20±0.73),(1.31 ± 0.32), respectively. The relative mean perfusion value in peritumoral edema of highgrade glioma and low-grade glioma was(1.98±0.63),(0.99±0.25), respectively. The relative perfusion value in epithelial cell and peritumoral edema in high-grade glioma was statiscally significant high than low-grade glioma(T-test).Conclusion MR perfusion imaging can demonstrate pathological types and invasion in glioma.
