352例高龄患者经尿道等离子前列腺切除术围手术期并发症分析与护理干预

Analyze and Nursing of PKRP Complications from EId Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patients

目的探讨和总结高龄良性前列腺增生症患者进行经尿道等离子前列腺电切术围手术期并发症状况，并进行相应的护理措施观察分析护理干预效果。方法分析352例进行经尿道等离子前列腺切除术的高龄良性前列腺增生症患者术前合并症及术后并发症的发生状况及特点，以及给予积极的护理干预措施，分析各种护理干预后的治疗效果。结果术前合并症常见有心血管疾病、尿路感染、糖尿病等；术后并发症常见有继发性出血、膀胱痉挛、暂时性尿失禁等。给与相应的护理干预后均取得了相应的良好治疗效果。结论详细了解和护理干预高龄良性前列腺增生症患者在经尿道等离子前列腺切除术前的合并症可有效增加手术安全性，及时发现术后并发症并给予积极的护理干预措施，可加快患者康复、提高治疗效果。

Objective To study and analyze PKRP complications from eld benign prostatic hyperplasia patients. To nurse the complications and analyze the effect. Methods There were 352 eld benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who had plasmakinetic resection of prostate （PKRP）.We analyzed the PKRP complications and nursed them with suitable methods. Results Complications before PKRP were cardiovascular diseases, urinary tract infection and diabetes frequently. Complications after PKRP were secondary hemorrhage, cystospasm and temporary urinary incontinence frequently. Good effect were got with the related nursing. Conclusions Know and nursing the complications before PKRP can raise operation safety. Detection in time and suitable nursing for complications after PKRP can quicken rehabilitation of patients and increase operation effect.
