摘要
目的分析脂联素及各炎性因子水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度、病变活动度的关系。方法选取诊断为冠心病并完成冠状动脉造影术患者105例,应用放射免疫法检测所有受试者血浆脂联素水平,乳胶增强速率散射比重法测定高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),酶联免疫吸附法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-8(IL-8)。结果冠心病患者血清脂联素水平低于正常对照组,而hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平均高于正常对照组。血清脂联素水平与hs-CRP、TNF-α呈负相关(P<0.01),而与IL-8无明显相关关系。结论脂联素在一定程度上影响着冠心病的炎症反应,脂联素可能通过拮抗炎性因子对血管的损伤,来保护血管内皮抗动脉粥样硬化反应。
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship among the levels of plasma adiponectin and the other inflammatory factors, to investigate whether the plasma adiponectin level was associated with the extent and severity of coronary artery disease (CHD). Methods 105 patients with CHD were included, and all patients underwent angiography. The plasma adiponectin level was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), the IL-8 and TNF-α levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunoserbent assay(ELISA), the hs-CRP level was also determined. Results The plasma adiponectin level was lower than that in abnormal control objects, but the hs-CRP,IL-8 and TNF-α levels were heigher than that in abnormal control objects. There was significantly negative correlation among the levels of plasma adiponectin, hs-CRP, and TNF-α. No significant association was found between adiponectin and IL-8. Conclusion The level of plasma adiponectin is related with the inflammation of atheroeclerotic plaque in some extent. The plasma adiponectin may against the inflammatory factors and relieve the lesion of coronary artery, which contributes to the prevention of atherosclerosis.
