经冠状动脉移植骨髓干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死 被引量:3

摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)病情凶险,自从支架置入术在临床广泛应用之后,心肌梗死患者的死亡率和远期预后明显改善。但是梗塞血管再通后,虽能够恢复血供,挽救缺血损伤心肌,却无法促使已梗死的心肌细胞再生。最近的动物体内外实验和初期的临床实践证明,骨髓干细胞移植可促使心肌和血管的再生,有望达到治愈心肌梗死的效果。
