比目鱼肌瓣移位治疗胫骨慢性骨髓炎

The Use of Soleus Muscle Flap for the Treatment of Chronic Osteomyelitis of Tibia

目的探讨比目鱼肌瓣移位治疗胫骨慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法本组15例，男10例，女5例，年龄27～56岁，开放性骨折12例，闭合性骨折切开复位后感染3例。顺行转移肌瓣9例，逆行转移肌瓣6例。结果15例肌瓣全部存活，无明显变性、萎缩，自体植皮全部存活，创面均Ⅰ期愈合，患者骨髓炎未见复发，所有患者恢复正常行走。结论比目鱼肌肌瓣移位是治疗胫骨慢性骨髓炎的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the use of soleus muscle flap for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis of tibia. Method 15 patients with chronic osteomyelitis of tibia were treated by transfer of soleus muscle flap. Result At a mean follow-up of 6 to 28 months, there was no evidence of recurrence of osteomyelitis. Conclusion Soleus muscle flap has become a successful technique in the management of chronic osteomyelitis of tibia.
