颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的中西医结合防治(附39例报告) 被引量:4

摘要 目的为颅脑损伤并发的肺部感染找到更好的治疗方案。方法总结我院2002年7月~2006年12月收治的中、重型颅脑损伤患者226例,对其中并发肺部感染的患者39例,对肺部感染进行了中西医结合治疗,特别是使用了中医辨证论治。结果肺部感染患者3o例在3天内体温恢复正常,其中35例肺部感染治愈,死亡4例。结论对颅脑损伤的患者使用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,能提高疗效,值得推广。 Objective In order to look for a kind of better therapy of pulmonary infection complicating herd injury .Methods 39 patients with pulmonary infection of 226 patients with head injury were treated by combination of TCM with Western medicine in our hospital form July, 2001 to Dec, 2006, especially by determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained throu-gh differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results the body temperature recovered normal in 3days in 30 patients . 35 patients were cured ,but 4 died .Conclusion It can improve curative effect to treat patients with pulmonary infection complicating head injury by combination of TCM with Western medicine.
