摘要
介绍了目前流行的几种不锈钢焊管机组，并着重从基本参数、传动、成型、挤压、焊接、抛磨、定径方面阐述了ＢＧＺ２０氩弧焊不锈钢焊管机组的结构特点，分析了其工艺的特殊性和相应措施，给出了机组的工艺布置示意图。
Widely used welding pipe sets for stainless steels have been introduced in this paper. The structural feathers of BSG20 argon arc welding pipe sets for stainless steels are described especially from the basic parameters included transmission, forming, squeeze, welding, polishing grinding and determined radius. The specifics and the correspounding solutions about the welding technology are analyzed. The schematic illustration of technolgical arrangements for the sets are given and the comparision with the same type sets imported abroad is made.
