摘要
产学研结合是增强科技创新能力的有效途径和重要实施模式,也是高校履行服务社会职能的重要途径之一。本文综合评述了我国高校科技创新存在的主要问题,认为必须通过加强产学研结合来促进高校科技创新,提高科技创新能力,并提出了通过加强产学研结合促进高校科技创新的7条对策和建议。
It has been proved that industry-university-institute unification is an effective approach and important imple. ment pattern to enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation, and one of the important approaches by which universities serve the society. The paper observes the maim problems of scientific and technological innovation of Chinese universities, and considers that enforcing industry-university-institute unification is necessary to promote scientific and technological innovation of university and improve the innovative ability. Finally, the paper puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions.
