摘要
研究生教育科类结构是指研究生教育中不同学科领域的构成状态,反映了社会分工的横断面,规定着所培养人才的"品种"和规格。文章分析了研究生教育科类结构存在与转换的机制和动力,全面剖析了目前我国研究生教育科类结构的发展状况及存在的问题,并以描述我国研究生教育科类结构调整面临的新形势为基础,提出了调整和改革研究生教育科类结构的基本对策。
The postgraduate education's discipline structure, which is the constitution condition of the different discipline domain, reflects the cross section of the social labor division, and stipulates the talents' variety and specification. The article has analyzed the mechanism and the power of the postgraduate education's disciplines,structures existing and transforming, comprehensively analyzed the development condition and questions of the postgraduate education' s disciplines structures at present in our country, described the new situation which the postgraduate education's disciplines structures are going to face, proposed the essential countermeasures of adjusting and reforming the post- graduate education's disciplines structures.
