摘要
运用递归渐进光谱投影法,探索中药材东北铁线莲与棉团铁线莲石油醚提取物的色谱指纹特征化学成分的异同。指纹特征数据由高效液相色谱法获得,流动相为乙腈-1‰磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,柱温20℃,光谱记录范围为200~400nm。经比较,东北铁线莲和棉团铁线莲的色谱指纹特征中,至少分别有8和6种单独的化学成分存在,两者的共有的化学成分有14种。
To find out the similarities and differences of chemical components between the chromatographic profiles of benzinum purifieatum extract from Clematis manshuriea Rupr and Clematis hexapetala Pall, two traditional Chinese medicine herbs, by reeursive evolving spectral projection method. The chromatographic fingerprint data were acquired by high performance liquid chromatography with aeetonitrile-1‰phosphoric acid gradient elution mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 20 ℃, and the 200~400 nm of spectrum recorded wavelength range. The comparison results showed that at lest 8 and 6 chemical components present alone in chromatography fingerprints of Clematis manshuriea Rupr and Clematis hexapetala Pall respectively, while 14 common components are present in both samples.
