摘要
传统的钢管平头方式——点接触平头方式设计的刀盘,对于切斜的管端面很不适应,易打钝刃口,降低刀具使用寿命;新改进的刀盘采用面接触方式——即管端面首先接触芯盘,再接触刀刃。这种方式使进刀过程处于平稳状态,有利于刀具寿命的提高。
The old tool carriage with point contact crop appearance for steel pipes is not suitable to cut the oblique end face on pipes because of tool edge bluntness and lower tool service life. A new tool carriage, improved by using face contact appearance in which pipe end face is touched with the core carriage first and then the tool edge, makes the tool feed process more stable. This will prolong tool service life and ensure the quality of face milling.
