高敏C反应蛋白在骨关节炎早期诊断意义的探讨

Study of Significance of Hypersensitive CRP in Patients with Early Osteoarthritis

目的:通过对健康体检人群、骨关节炎(OA)早期患者血浆高敏CRP(hs-CRP)水平的检测,探讨高敏C-反应蛋白在骨关节炎的早期诊断中的意义。方法:应用免疫透射比浊法检测和比较我院80例健康体检人群、89例骨关节炎早期患者hs-CRP水平,同时测量和比较两组的血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血沉、体重指数、腰/臀比和血压。记录骨关节炎早期患者关节肿胀数目等受累情况,并进行分析。结果:OA患者血浆hs-CRP水平明显高于健康对照组,OA患者血浆hs-CRP水平阳性率为62.9%(56/89),hs-CRP与骨关节炎患者关节肿胀数目、疼痛程度呈正相关。结论:hs-CRP在骨关节炎早期阶段可能具有诊断意义。

To explore the significance of plasma high sensitivity CRP in diagnosing of the early osteoarthritis throngh examining the level of high sensitivity CRP between healthy and patients of osteoarthritis. Methods： Hs-CRP, blood glucose, blood fat, blood sedimentation, body mass index, waist circumference/hip circumference and blood pressure in each group were measured. Joints involved of osteoarthritis patients were observed and analyzed. Results： The level of plasma hs-CRP in the early osteoarthritis and in control gt＇oup was 3. 61（0. 85～10. 65）mg/L and 2. 37（0.23～4. t6）mg/L respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. A strong association between the level of plasma hs-CRP in the early osteoarthritis and number of swelling joints, extend of pain. Conclusions： The level of plasma hsCRP maybe play an important role in the early diagnosis of osteoarthritis.
