摘要 介绍了奥地利的奥钢联和美国色玛图尔公司共有的CTA焊管技术。该项技术采用的是圆周弯曲→边缘弯曲→圆周弯曲→精成型的成型工艺。在成型系统方面粗轧采用两个常规粗轧台架,粗轧辊是一公一母两个配套的轧辊副,在全部产品范围内不必换辊;弯边台架设计成快换式抽插结构,CTA弯边将钢带边缘弯曲成合适的圆弧,曲率半径接近精轧孔型半径,并且保证了弯好的带边到焊点时是最佳的;成型机使用的是笼式排辊成型技术,排辊数多达36个,每个辊位仅需产生6°~10°的成型角;在精轧部分只用两架精轧机仅仅最终校正管缝,这就减轻了精轧孔型轧辊的磨损,消除了在精轧机上的边部增厚现象。这种成型法使得钢带变形均匀,边缘变形充分,成型状态好,无边缘磨损和皱折。 The technology of CTA welded tube, which was owned by U.S.A. and Austria, was introduced. The forming sequence in the technology was circumferential bending, edge bending, circumferential bending once again and fine forming. Two general coarse rolling base frames in the forming system were used. The coarse rollers were available in pair and need not replace during the production. For the ease of replacing roller the edge bending base frame was of the plug structure. In the CTA edge bending, the edge of strip steel was flanged and the radius of the flange was approximately equal to that of the pass by fine rolling. It ensured that the distance between the edge of strip steel and welding spot was optimum. In the forming technology of basket array rollers, the number of rollers was great than 36 and each roller would only produce the forming angle in 6°~10°. During fine rolling process, two fine rolling mills were only applied in correcting the tube seam. The abrasion of roller in fine rolling pass was reduced and the phenomenon of edge thickening disappeared. With the forming technology, the forming condition, such as the even deformation of strip steel, the completed deformation of edge, and without abrasion and wavy, was satisfactory.
