筛选环孢霉素A适体的BioMag-SELEX技术的建立

摘要 1990年,Tuerk和Gold分别独立研制了一种新型的体外筛选技术,即指数富集的配体系统进化(Systematic evolution of ligand by exponential enrichment,SELEX)技术,用于研究小分子核酸与靶物质相结合的部位、序列及空间构像。适体(aptamer),来源于拉丁语aptus。
