SELEX技术在筛选环孢霉素A适体中的运用 被引量:5

摘要 SELEX技术即指数富集的配体系统进化(Systematic evolution of ligand by exponential enrichment,SELEX)技术,是Tuerk和Gold 1990年分别独立研制的一种新型的体外筛选技术。适体(aptamer),来源于拉丁语aptus,即“匹配”或“适合”的意思。又称为适配分子或适配子,其实质是运用SELEX技术从人工体外合成的随机寡核苷酸序列库中反复筛选得到的能以极高的亲和力和特异性与靶分子结合的一段寡核苷酸序列。
