摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种自身免疫性疾病，发病率有所上升，患者血清中可检出多种自身抗体，其中抗双链DNA（ds—DNA）抗体特异性和敏感性较高，而抗Sm抗体特异性高于抗ds—DNA抗体，被认为是SLE的标志性抗体，并已成为美国风湿病协会（ARA）1997年修订的诊断标准之一。本文就Sm抗原的理化特性、抗Sm抗体的检测和生物学作用作一综述。
