长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical observation of vinorelbine Combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的：观察长春瑞滨（NVB）与顺铂（DDP）联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法：36例患者予NVB25mg／m^2于第1，8天静脉滴注，DDP60mg／m^2分3～5d静脉滴注，21d为1个周期，对疗效及毒副反应进行评价。结果：36例均化疗2个周期以上，完全缓解（CR）1例，部分缓解（PR）15例，总缓解率（CR＋PR）为44％。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制，Ⅲ～Ⅳ度血白细胞下降占56％（16／36）。结论：长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定的肿瘤客观缓解率，毒副反应耐受性好，值得临床推广。

Objective It is to observe the influence of the curative effect and adverse effects of vinorelbine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 36 patients with advanced NSCLC were accepted chemotherapy by vinorelbine 25 mg/m^2 was dropped in 1st and 8th day and cisplatin 60 mg/m^2 was dropped in 3 to 5 days, 21 days/cycle. The curative effect and adverse effects were evaluated. Results 36 patients were all accepted 2 cycle chemotherapy at least. There was 1 case in CR and 15 cases in PR and the total remission rate was 44%. The main adverse effects were myelosuppression, the rat of blood cell decrease Ⅲ and Ⅳ grade was 56 % （20/36）. Conclusion The chemotherapy of vinorelbine combine with cisplatin is effective in advanced NSCLC.
