摘要
对滑块式二次顶出机构中心顶杆的运动速度及受力进行了理论分析,建立了数学模型,探讨了该机构的影响因素,推导出其运动速度和受力与斜导柱倾斜角β和滑块斜面倾角α的关系。该数学模型的建立为此类机构的设计奠定了理论基础。
Speed and force of center ejector pin of slide style was theoretically analyzed. Mathematical model was built to discuss the influence factors of this mechanism. Relationship between speed and force and slope angle of guide pin and slide was induced. The establishment of the mathematical model laid theory foundation for the design of this kind of mechanism.
